In the frame of the project 4 transnational meetings have taken place:

Kickoff Meeting

Venue: Austria (Wiener Neustadt / Vienna)
Host: EBI/EIE
Date: November 2018
Aim: “Bring the project on tracks” – project’s detail presentation and specifications done. The preparation work before the project start is evaluated, the project details are discussed, necessary agreements arranged. The steering group of the project is established and fixed. Organisational issues cleared, the final communication established. The first teaching event was planned, structured, and fixed.

Intermediate Meeting

Venue: Sweden (Umea)
Host: Dragonskolan
Date: October 2019
Aim: Discussion of the first period’s results, proposal for amendments and necessary fine tunings. Agreements and final
customizations for the product development. Final planning of the second teaching event. Preparation of the intermediate report.

Pre-final Meeting

Venue: Dublin
Host: Adamstown Comunity college (Dublin)
Date: May 2020
Aim: Evaluation of the implementation phase of the products. Final adjustments for the transferability and evaluation guide. Start for the publishing of the OERs. Preparatory work for the final report. Final decisions for the multiplier events

Final Meeting

Venue: Spain (Adeje)
Host: Colegio Internacional Costa Adeje
Date: October 2020
Aim: Project closing. Agreement to the final report. Clearing of last details for the national multiplier events. Lessons learned session. Final evaluation activities.
